They discussed it with Dane County Parks, but I don't believe it was actually reported to the police. It was just "too close for her comfort," and neither an attack nor intentionally threatening. However, she and Anissa have both referred to it as one of several "police reports" of male volunteers acting aggressively towards female park users.

Anissa evaded barriers and deliberately approached a work party in the park. One of the volunteers had to stop work and walk up to tell her that the trail was closed. She was the aggressive one who yelled at him. He just stood there, 10 feet away, with the brush cutter turned off and held horizontally in place by a clip on the harness.

This was witnessed by another of our volunteers. Ms Fellenz called the Dane County Sheriff's Department and followed up with Dane County Parks and the County Exec's Office.
She wasted everybody's time and falsely accused a male park volunteer of aggression just so she would have a report to "back up" her lying posts on Facebook.

One person finally got fed up with her lack of control or concern over her pup's behavior and used his foot to push her dog away from his. Being aggressive to a fault herself, even when others are not, she called the Dane County Sheriff's Dept, who referred her to Dane County Parks.
Yet again, she turned a minor incident into a story of aggression by one of "these men" in the dog park. She publishes her stories with zero regard for the truth, not to mention the damage to other people's feelings or reputation.

Only the anti-restorationists go back to their peeps and report it as an act of aggression and threat when a male volunteer merely points out that the park is closed.
